Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable GST, taxes, shipping charges, or other applicable costs may be charged separately. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order or through an applicable quotation.

Customers are responsible for checking product, quantity, size, color, billing, and delivery details before confirming an order. An order is considered confirmed only after acceptance and completion of applicable payment requirements.

7. Payment

Orders must be paid through the payment methods provided by Zillion Threads or according to separately agreed B2B payment terms. We may hold processing or dispatch until the required payment is received.

8. Bulk & Custom Orders

Bulk, customized, or specially manufactured orders may have separate pricing, production timelines, payment terms, and cancellation conditions. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order quantity, manufacturing time, logistics, location, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Order Inspection

Customers should inspect products immediately after delivery. Any shortage, damage, or apparent manufacturing issue should be reported to Zillion Threads within the applicable period with relevant photographs, videos, invoice details, or other supporting information.

11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customized, altered, used, washed, or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for return.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product photographs, graphics, text, product descriptions, videos, and designs, belongs to or is licensed to Zillion Threads. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
